Account Executive/Manager


HireCircle.com has an ambition to become a national brand. We are looking for outgoing and experienced people with entrepreneurial spirit to join us as account executives in the SF bayarea.

Responsibilities include but not limit to:

* Identify client companies

* Build and maintain relationships with client HR department and hiring managers

* Manage work flow and hiring process

Qualifications:

* Prior Experience in Inside or outside Sales is mandatory.
* Minimum 3 + years Quota Driven, Cold Calling, Sales Experience Preferred.
* Exceptional Interpersonal, Critical Thinking and Communication Skills.
* Effective Phone Presence.
* Professional, Confidence-Inspiring Personality.
* Strong Work Ethic
* Computer Literate & Internet Savvy.
* Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

    Contract Recruiter

    HireCircle.com is a staffing agency looking for contract recruiter to join our staffing team to find the best and the brightest candidates for our clients. Our clients have hundreds of positions to fill in many different industries (example, health care, IT, marketing, manufacturing, software, hardware, etc.)

    Description:
    * This is a contracting position
    * Full-time / Part-time
    * Telecommuting is ok

    Responsibilities include but not limit to:
    * Submitting job postings through our advertisement channels
    * Reaching out to find active and passive candidates
    * Performing resume screening and phone screening
    * Working with our account manager to follow through the hiring process

    Requirements
    * Associate/Bachelors/Masters degree
    * Excellent verbal and writing skills
    * Detail oriented
    * Ideally, you have some recruiting experience. However, we are willing to work with you if you have a burning desire to be an excellent recruiter
    * Knowledge in one of these industries ( health care, IT, marketing, manufacturing, software, hardware)
    * US Citizens/Green Card holder

    Compensation:
    * If you are hire, you will be hired as contractor (form 1099)
    * Compensated by finders fee (at least $6000 per each successful hire)
    * Other benefits will be provided if you meet certain recruiting goals.
